Eventually they concluded that the Epson drivers are installing properly and the printer/scanner/copier is functioning. The scan has not worked until right after installing the scan drivers, but upon rebooting will not work again.ДЄs I stated in my initial post on the MS Community regarding the print/scan issue, I spent a few hours with Epson Tech Support and they had me run through similar uninstall/reinstall procedures.
